Random web cam from Mactan Island. This week's cam is located in a local Internet Cafe, ni-cafe.com.

The web cam is an A4 USB and hooked up to the network server, uploading images approximately each 10 seconds. We are in the process of adding an additional cam outside this faculty. The software being used for this project while under testing is from WheresJames.com and uploads a 10kb picture. We're open to any suggestions if other live web cam guru's out there have any with regards to camera's and software.

Note that at night (Mactan local time is displayed on lower portion of the picture) the picture may be very dark or even black while the Cafe is closed. We hope you enjoy your visit to Mactan.com
