*When ordering we will attempt to fulfill your requested name, however, in some instances your selection may already be taken. If in such cases that your requested email address is taken we will inform you and allow you to request another name or optionally cancel your order. Once your order has been confirmed and setup the order is non-refundable. There are no refunds, partial or full, for cancelled accounts.

**Your Mactan Mail will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your original order date, at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before that date. If you cancel, your Mactan Mail service will be discontinued immediately. If your payment to your account is refused upon rebilling your account will be disabled. All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. You will receive notice and further instructions via email near the end of your billing cycle. See additional terms at signup. $1.95 setup fee will be charged upon setup of your account.

Mactan email is a subscribed to service, billed annually. Cancelled or disabled accounts are subject to deletion upon such action. All emails contained in your Mactan email account are subject to deletion once your account has been cancelled by you or disabled for violations of email usage policies (such as sending SPAM). By canceling your account or in such situations as it has been disabled for non-payment your account will be closed and the email address will return to the pool of available accounts. Email accounts are renewable yearly until such time as Mactan Email services are discontinued.
